Meet The Team
James Corden
Director
James leads the Elmhurst business having joined from Redrow Homes where he was Commercial Director for the East Midlands. Prior to this James had spent years at Radleigh Homes (prior to their sale to Redrow) and Miller Homes. James brings national housebuilder experience and processes to Elmhurst and is overseeing our ambitious growth plans.
Outside of work James is a member at Kedleston Park Golf Club, a keen Derby County supporter and is to be found on Sunday mornings coaching his daughter’s football team. James is your main Elmhurst point of contact and please do get in touch with any queries.
Craig Patterson
Project Manager
Craig’s career in construction spans more than three decades. Starting out as a qualified carpenter and joiner, he learned the trade from the ground up, developing the eye for detail and site knowledge that no classroom can teach. After years on the tools, Craig moved into quantity surveying, spending around a decade building his commercial and contractual expertise across a wide range of projects. Never one to stand still, he then launched his own businesses, running carpentry and joinery operations alongside small-scale housing developments.
Outside of work, you’ll find him at the gym, out on long walks and hikes with his dog, or simply enjoying time with friends and family – the things that keep him grounded away from the demands of site life.
